Stats Discrepancy

    Hi,

    I have posed this question before, but never received a satisfactory response . . .

    On my blog, it states: “Blog Stats 98,536 hits”.

    This is confirmed ‘behind’ my blog (at WordPress.com under “Stats”), where it is stated “Blog Stats Total views: 98,536”.

    However, if I go to “Summary Tables”, it states under “Months and Years” a “Total” of 1,568 for 2008 and 112,745 for 2009 (i.e., over 114,000).

    Why the discrepancy (which I think started around six months ago)? Which one is correct? Will/can it be corrected by WordPress?
