stats doesn't count facebook referrers

  Hi!
  I know from my facebook page that I must have had lots of views today on a certain post, but I can’t see them in my stats. This seems to be a new bug, because it used to work nicely…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello! Our stats aren’t tracked in real time, so if you’re looking at stats from the past 24 hours they likely haven’t updated yet.

  Hi!
  I’m sorry but even after 24 hours this particular facebook link is not counted! (others yes, and almost in real time) – not even once, although about 4000 people have seen the post and hundred liked it, so they must have clicked and read it……

  If I’m understanding correctly, Facebook is telling you that 4000 people saw a link to your site in their Facebook timeline. And 100 people liked that link to your site? Which post was this a link to?

  Remember that “views” on FB is not the same as views of the actual blog. It just mean people who saw the FB post.

  @raincoaster: I was referring to FB likes, not FB views!

  @shawnajroberts: In the meantime WP is counting correctly and almost as close to real time as I was used to. So whatever it was, now it is fixed!
