Stats doesn't show visitors correctly + a white dot is pulsing in the blue line

    The same issues happened many times. And now again.
    I know that I had more visitors, and usually visitors from other countries are not shown correctly. Since 21 April when I had a visitor from Argentina after that day only those visitors are shown who are from my country.

    Also since 21 April a white dot is pulsing in the blue line on top, where

    Is there somebody who can help with these issues?

    Hi there,

    I checked your stats page and everything looks fine. Your numbers look consistent and there is no big drop from April 21st to now.

    Also, I am not seeing the white pulsating dot that you mentioned. Are you still seeing it on your end?

    My stat is not working fine. I know that there have been much more visitors and from foreign countries. A lot of visitors are missing.
    Of course there is no big drop in my visitors because almost all those visitors since 21 April is me!!! I checked my own wordpress site without being logged in. So those visitors are me!!! The only one visitor who was not from my country way probably you (UK) and yesterday I received a visitor due to I contacted someone who also had a similar problem with her wordpress site.
    All the other visitors are me without being logged in.
    US visitors are not shown either. The person who has a similar problem also mentioned this. So it seems as if visitors were “censored”, they are shown only from specific countries and other country visitors were hidden.

    Yes, I’m still seeing that white dot when I’m logged in.
    Also when I open the stats and check the blue line above between Reader and Write I have just seen the white dot pulsing when I logged in.

    – let us know the browser type and version number affected.

    I cannot make an event of the white dot since it is pulsating, so it is shown only for a second and it is happening only after a while I open the Stat page.

    I’m using the latest version of my browser and I’m deleting caches more times a day. I don’t want to try it with another browser.
    Actually when I hit log in, it doesn’t do anything till I delete all caches.
    I don’t have a problem with my internet speed either.

    The stat is not working normally for a long time and many wordpress users complained about it. I’m sure I had more US visitors and they have never been shown. Another wordpress user complained about that also.

    I understand; catching a screenshot of something that only appears periodically could be hard. In a case like that, using Quicktime or something similar to catch a screen *video* might be helpful.

    Or, you could take a screenshot and add an arrow to the spot that is pulsing. I’ve logged into your stats and I’m not seeing anything like that, but if I knew where it was, we might recognize what you’re seeing.

    I don’t want to try it with another browser.

    It would be greatly helpful. Using another browser, just as a test, helps us know the issue is not caused by extensions or a browser bug. Especially if we cannot duplicate the issue here.

    Can you tell us more about that?
