stats doesn't work

    Hello there,

    I have a problem with my stats. I can’t see them. This is my error.

    User Agent: “Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_6) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/13.1 Safari/605.1.15”

    Hi there,

    Where exactly are you seeing this? On WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/stats/, the stats module at /wp-admin/index.php, or at WP-Admin ->Jetpack ->Site Stats?

    I see nothing wrong with the stats on your site itself, so we’ll need to know more about where you’re seeing this error to be able to investigate what might be causing it.

    Hey,

    I don’t see the stats icon anymore. The icon is replaced with an icon with question mark. If I click it, I should be transferred to my insights, but I’m not. I get this message: “Statistics cannot be displayed right now. Please reload this page and try again.”

    If I reload the page, I get this:

    We couldn’t bring you the stats now. Please reload this page and try again. If the error persists, please contact support. Please include the information below in your report.

    You have still not answered our question so it’s a little difficult to help. Could you please share a screenshot of what you see on your end?

    You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), and add the link to the image to your reply.
