Stats dropping…

Normally I would not post this type of question, but I am about to reach seven years of food blogging and noticed particularly in the last year a distinct drop in page views. I haven’t changed my frequency of posts, I am confident of the quality of my posts.
my question is – is there a way to check if my site has been dropped from search engines for one reason or another? I would not mind reaching a plateaux, but the reduction in page views when my content keeps increasing is a bit odd….

bringing this to the top just in case anyone could see it – I am not hoping for a pity party, just would like to know if there is a way to check for changes in the visibility of my site to search engines in the past 18 months or so
