Stats graph not appearing in dashboard
-
When I go to my Dashboard I can see the header “Stats” but the bar graph that usually appears there is not appearing today. I can still see Top Posts, Top Searches, and Most Active. I tried with various browsers and it still does not appear. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Same here. Something is wrong with WordPress at the mo. Nothing is working, or is working at a snails pace, i couldn’t even get on here from my Dashboard, i had to go the long way round.

Yeaaa I had a hard time too, and I can’t upload images. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I’m just glad I’m not alone!

There’s nothing worse than thinking you’re the only one. It’s definitely WP though so it’ll soon be sorted i expect.

They have taken their time to sort this one out. I am beginning to think they changed their policies without telling anyone beforehand.
Are we faced with a new policy of having to pay for stats ? This is what all the indicators are pointing to. -

I assumed they’d be aware that there is a problem. Are they under attack again, perhaps??

@yakos1
I sincerely doubt this has anything whatsoever to do with a change in policy. wordpress.com introduced a new jetpack plugin for wordpress.org users and one of the featured choices was the same stats we used. it seems there may have been some problems with it. It also seems that Staff are dealing with the issues and stats are up and running again for some bloggers who are even posting into this thread. May suggestion is — patience. Why not use this free time to create content — don’t sweat the small stuff. ;) -
<blockquote. Are they under attack again, perhaps??
I don’t have a definitive answer. I do know that Staff deal with at least 20 DDoS (direct denial of service) attacks every day that we aren’t even aware of. -
@timethief, Oh right i didn’t realise that. They do a good job then of keeping things running as best they can. I’ll leave it for tonight and hope things have improved tomorrow.

I’m also wondering if anyone here could actually have a Flash problem?

wp-stats are back up on my dashboard, but now I too have an issue with the graph.
The graph is visible, but it takes longer to update and its numbers are different than the other views reflected in other fields.
For example in the bottom left corner the “Blog Stats-Views Today” shows a greater number than the one on the graph. As more people come to view my page the Views Today grow and the graph lags behind.
I have emailed support about it.
It may be the tail end of the bigger API key bug they are busy fixing / have fixed, or a separate issue, I’m not sure. -
@viverecapetown
It’s good to know you have made Staff aware of your problem as they will help you by email. Volunteers cannot help with this issue. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
