Stats graph not working properly.
-
Yup and safari and they both display the graph properly. But honestly I’d like to keep using Chrome if possible.
-
The same for me. I have the latest version too..
@timethief I took a look and I didn´t understand :(

How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. Are you using the http:// login? Or are you using the https:// log-in?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/Exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
trying another browser -
@timethief i’ve gone through all those links and i am already using https. I’m going to log out, change browser and see if it’s a problem with Chrome (which is what i’m using).

Oh well that solved that little problem for me! I switched to IE9 and i now have a bar graph. It’s a shame though because Chrome works better in other ways with WordPress than IE does. Is there a solution for the Chrome problem?

It’s good to know you are able to read your stats now. If there was a solution to the Chome problem macmanx (Staff) would have shared it. I posted a link above to the known issues with Chrome. Frankly, as fast as it was it vexed me so much that I ditched it. Firefox is more reliable and a browser is just a tool. I don’t get caught up in any brand loyalty when it comes to browsers or indeed anything else. I use what works. -
OK thanks timethief. I can always switch back and forth, or maybe i’ll try Firefox, it’s not a big problem, and at least i have a bar graph with IE. Thanks for all the information and links, they were a great help.
-
Yes, we can use multiple browsers and switch back and forth. You’re welcome and best wishes for trouble-free blogging! :)
