Stats in Post List show 0, but “Eye” icon shows correct views

Hello, I am on a free plan at verseweaverblog.wordpress.com. Recently, the “Views” column in my “All Posts” dashboard has lapsed to zero for almost all posts.

However, when I click the “Eye” icon (stats link), the actual data is still there and correct. I have tried clearing my browser cache and toggling screen options, but the display remains at zero. Could a staff member please trigger a Full Jetpack Stats Sync for my site? Thank you!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! It sounds like the connection between your local dashboard and the global Stats server has hit a minor sync snag. Since you’ve already tried clearing your cache and checking your screen options, you’ve correctly identified that this is a display desynchronization rather than a loss of data. As a forum volunteer, I don’t have the direct tools to trigger a back-end sync for you, but I’ve added the ‘modlook’ tag to this thread so a staff member can see it. They are the ones who can manually trigger a Full Jetpack Stats Sync for verseweaverblog.wordpress.com to get those numbers appearing correctly in your ‘All Posts’ view again. Hang tight, and a team member should be with you shortly!

  • Hi there! That difference is expected and comes down to the time range being shown in each place.

In Posts → All Posts, the stats shown in the post list reflect views from the last 30 days, while the detailed stats report shows your all‑time views for that post.

For example, your post “From Tom & Jerry to Doraemon: Cartoon Favorites” shows 1 view in the post list (views in the last 30 days), but when you open the detailed report it shows 39 views, which is the all‑time total.

    I hope this helps.

That explains it all. Thank you so much!
