'stats insight' page is blank

  Don’t know what has happened but 3 days ago it just up and disappeared. I can still see the ‘site stats’ but when I click the button to ‘view enhanced stats’ nothing is there.

  AND, when I go to support and click get help… nothing.

  I am not very tech savvy so please use easy to understand language….

  For the record I also tried from My Site/stats… same thing.
