  Is it possible?

  Yes. Please install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me as I tagged this thread for Staff to move your stats for you.

  If you have not already migrated your subscribers please say so now as Staff can do that at the same time for you.

  I’ve merged your stats.

  I was going to move your followers as well (as timethief mentioned), but on the off-chance this isn’t something you want, I need permission from your first.
