Stats missing after Jetpack reinstalled
-
I recently deactivated and then reactivated Jetpack as I thought it was causing issues with my spam filter.
Since doing this I seem to have lost all my stats that were previously shown.
I am now running a self hosted site but did have all my stats through wordpress.com using Jetpack from my wordpress hosted blog and the self hosted blog.
How do I get this data back?
Thanks,
Clare

Can anyone from WordPress help me with this query. The stats you migrated across for me have disappeared. I would really like to have them back and I am not sure how to do this. Thanks.

Your site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and those are the only sites we provide support for here. I looks like you need JetPack support.
Some JetPack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the JetPack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackIf you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a JetPack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service

Thank you Timethief.
The problem is not with the stats from my current blog but with my historical stats from wordpress.com. These were previously migrated across by the WordPress.com team. They are now not showing and I would like them migrated across again if possible.
How do I arrange this?
