stats not showing on either new or classic dashboard

  Hi,
  I just published a post at my WordPress site, andreacarlisle.com, but it doesn’t show any visitors even though I’ve already gotten a comment from a reader about this post. Why aren’t stats showing up? Is it just me, or is this happening across WordPress?

  Hi Andrea,

  Our stats are not updated in real-time, as it takes some processing to filter out true visits from the search engines and other bots that crawl websites. Normally stats are settled after about 24 hours.

  Looking at your stats now, it appears that you did have significant traffic appear yesterday following your post. So I’m sure you had several visits around the time of that comment, it just takes a bit for everything to be processed and displayed.

  Thanks, Alex. I’ve never had that problem before – stats not showing almost immediately. But you are right that they are showing now. I’m happy it’s working and I appreciate your time.
