Stats not updating

When I logged in this morning I had 18 hits. It’s not changed all day, and yet I know there have been hits on the site throughout the day. I haven’t changed anything at all. Is there a general problem with the facility?

No there is no “general problem” that I’m aware of at all. This issue seems to affect only a few bloggers.

Is there anything I can do then? I’ve never had it before and as I say I changed nothing.

I’ve done that and the stats have now changed marginally to record hits made in the last few minutes. Does that mean that any hits that have been made during the time it wasn’t working will not now be recorded? I’d kind of hoped that they would be stored and would come through once it was up and running again.

I would not worry about this and here is why. The fact you had a browser issue re: viewing the stats does not in any way shape of form have an effect on the page views being recorded by the software. I expect that the stats are cached and will rectify over time. However, I flagged this thread so Staff will check your stats for you when they can.

My blog appears to have 0 stats even though multiple people have told me that they visited my blog in the past few days. The stats were correct three days ago, but have now stopped working correctly.
