Stats not working

  Receiving this error:
  We were unable to get your stats just now. Please reload this page to try again.
  When I try again it tells me to copy a long code, but I don’t know who to give it to.
  Is everyone having the same problem getting their stats right now? I received a Tweet saying that might be the case, but I am not sure.
  When the stats come back, do they download automatically to my Google Analytics? I desperately need my stats recorded for pitch I am doing for business.
  Please help!
