stats not working after changing url

I added jetpack to original wordpress installation at domain A. Client wanted to change url to domain B, which was performed successfully using backupbuddy. Everything is working fine, and plugins etc.
However it is now not showing any activity on the site in the stats.
I disconnected from wordpress.com and reconnected (and it shows the new correct url in the process) and it is still not working.
I deactivated plugin, deleted files, re-installed plugin, re-activated, re-connected and still not working….
Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch. Could you try changing the timezone for your site via your Settings -> General page? You can change it to anything other than what it is now. Then, change in back.
If that doesn’t help, would you mind letting us know the previous blog URL? When I try to visit bodysciencecenters.com, I’m redirected to a login page. Is this how you had the site set up previously? Or is this a recent change?

I will try that, but also wanted to let you know the first url was bodysciencemd.com and the wordpress was not in root folder. (since removed)
When I moved to new url I added the registered only plugin as the site is still in development – could this be why?

That may be affecting the connection to Jetpack, since the Jetpack servers need to be able to communicate with the site. Would you be open to temporarily disabling that plugin?
Alternatively, we can also help you get everything set up once your site is complete.

Hi Evarlese, yes it was the Registered Users plugin that was preventing the stats, all is good now.
