stats on individual posts / click through stats

  I am looking at stats for individual posts which shows both syndicated and on site views. I assume that syndicated views is people viewing via rss readers etc. How do I know if there is any double counting between those who view via a reader and then click through to the post itself? Will that count as one syndicated view and one on site view i.e. adding 2 to my total views?

  Secondly, is there any way of narrowing down where a click through has originated from i.e. which post or comment it has arisen from? Or can I see how many click throughs arise from a particular post?
