Stats on second blog

  I created a second blog, and it states there are no views, but the stats on my initial blog have gone up, even though I have not posted in it in a long time. My question is two fold:

  1) are views for my secondary blog being tracked under my primary?

  2) are people signed up for my primary blog receiving notifications about posts in my secondary blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
