You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.

I have the same problem and flash is up to date. I also cleared my cache and cookies. I also cannot access reader. I just get a spinning wheel.

That means you have either a browser relted issue of a conneticvity related issue. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
(a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
If applicable see here for instructions on how to clear the cache for Chrome and Safari on the iPad:
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/safari-ipad-clear-cache.htm
http://browsers.about.com/od/howtousemobilebrowser1/ss/How-To-Clear-Browsing-Data-In-Chrome-For-Ipad_6.htm(b) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled
http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654(c) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily.
(d) Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions
4. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
5. Try using another browser.
6. If you are not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state. -

I have tried all of this, my browsers are all up to date.
I am using Mavericks OS on an IMAC
Safari version 7.05
I checked Flash, disabled extensions, used https etc. etc.
I have no problem accessing any other sites, except stats, and reader.
All I have is the spinning wheel and no not the Mac spinning wheel.
Thanks -
All I have is the spinning wheel
I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I have done everything you suggest and all I still have on my stats page is a spinning wheel. Perhaps wordpress is having a tech problem?
-
I should add I have re-booted my computer and checked https- no extensions etc. Everything else of my many tabs and forums I am logged into have loaded perfectly.

Okay then here’s the deal. Be sure you are running an updated browser and have done everything I linked to above and then stop posting here as this thread is tagged for Staff help. Staff work through all threads in order of datestamps and timestamps – earliest first. So it’s in your best interest to stop posting here and to wait patiently, because very time there’s a post into this thread the timestamp moves forward making it longer to get help.

We’re receiving some reports of issues with the stats page. Our developers are looking into the issue now and I’ll post here with updates.

Its fixed and I thank you.
In the interests of customer service perhaps you could trouble shoot before making us reset our browsers etc, and have to reset everything log back into other forums and web pages.
This is not the first time I have been told to go through all of this only to have it fixed at the admin end, not just with WP but other providers as well, the lesson some of us might take away is to ignore the long list of things we should do before you troubleshoot. None of us want to have a situation like that as it will make things all the more difficult. So please have a look before asking us to spend a lot of time finding out the problem is not at our end.
Thanks again and I hope my view are taken as helpful.
