  I don’t have a stats page as described on your support page. Should I, or is it a plug-in? I am running version 3.91 Multisite

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I don’t have a free wordpress site. My site is http://www.lacasabella.com but I couldn’t work out how to access the forum so I set up an org account so that I could access this forum and get some help.

  Please read my previous comments I don’t want the .org forum. I have a com site.

  You do realise those two statements directly contradict each other.

  There is no such thing on WordPress.com

  That site is not hosted by WordPress.com, so it isn’t a WordPress.com site. Your domain may end in .com, but that doesn’t mean it’s a WordPress.com site. WordPress.com and WordPress.org is about which software is running your site and who you are hosted by. You are hosted by Acquia Hosting and are therefore running the WordPress.org software, not WordPress.com. Your domain’s landing page also shows that it has been suspended, so you need to contact Acquia Hosting to sort that out. We can’t help you in this forum with that site.

  My mistake I gave you the wrong site information.
  My site is lacasabella.es.
  The welcome message I got was “A new installation of WordPress 3.9.1 has been completed.” I am running multisite.
  It is hosted by Ifastnet if this is relevant.
  Is someone able to answer my question? All I want to know is whether I should have a stats page

  Still not hosted by WordPress.com, so we can’t help in this forum. If your site is hosted by ANYONE else, you’re running the WordPress.org software, so please post in that forum: http://wordpress.org/support/

  Please understand, it’s not that I’m unwilling to help. I literally can’t. Your site’s software works completely differently to what we use here and I have no experience with the WordPress.org software. The support docs here don’t apply to your site and staff here also can’t access your site’s backend as it’s not connected to this platform in any way.

  You’ll probably need a plugin for stats, but the people in the WordPress.org forum will be able to tell you definitely, as well as what the different stats options are and which ones are the best to use.
