Stats Page
-
I’m confused about my stats page. It’s shows me getting less hits than the number of people who seem to have viewed my blog. Why would I have more people “liking” and following my blog following a recent post, when my stats page only shows a few people actually having viewed it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Same here, get 3-4 likes and a follow, but my stats show only 1 view, now, I red that the views you get from reader page, if the viewer doesn’t click into your page (to read furtherly) doesn’t count as a view on your blog’ stats, still, i find it quite strange, in a long read, for someone to click like or follow after having red 50 of your 2000 words, something is definitely wrong.

Your followers can “like” your posts in several locations without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat. Those who have username accounts only but no blog can become followers and click the “like” button.

Thank you very much timethief, the read was very helpful, I might have stolen a bit of your time there for something so simple, sorry about that, still trying to catchup on all this hi.tech stuff!
However, a suggestion, it would b a lovely idea if you guys created a dictionary of all tech words and shots for, in wordpress, when you get the time! :-) -
