Stats page error

  I’m getting an ‘unexpected error’ message on my stats page.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the page you are on when you are trying to view your stats? Can you share that with us so we can check the same page and see if we are having the same issue?

  Also I noticed that you are using Safari as your browser. Do you have the same issue if you try a different browser like Chrome? Do you have the same issue as you did in Safari?

  What if you try a different device like your smartphone instead of your Mac. If you log in to wordpress.com on your mobile browser, do you see stats when you check there? Or the same error message? Thanks for the additional info!

  Many thanks for that link, I can load that stats page without a hitch.

  Where this doesn’t load – what is the version of iOS and Safari in use?

  Thanks for confirming! This may be related to the version of Mac OS on your computer and Safari; they’re a little older – in fact the OS may have been released around 5 years ago.

  We’ve seen this pop up elsewhere too; it seems like older versions of Mac OS and Safari aren’t compatible with the stats page.

  Do you have the option to update the OS on your computer? Usually Apple bundles in the update to Safari with the OS update too.
