stats page goes to next day too soon

Every day at around 6 in the evening, my stats page goes on to the following day: the date changes and the stats column moves to the position of “yesterday”. (I haven’t changed anything about my time zone in general settings or anywhere else.) To access stats for the actual day I have to click that day’s column as if I wanted stats from a previous day. For example it’s 8:46 pm Jan. 28, 2018 CST(US) here and my states page says it’s Jan. 29. It’s been happening for about a month, I just didn’t have time to post this before.

It seems to be pretty peculiar what might be exactly the problem, but I can first of all just suggest to do the easiest thing of all.
1. Go to Settings > General
2. Go to Timezone and set the time zone to another location. Click save.
3. Return to the Timezone and set the time zone back to your current location. Click save again.
Going through this process should serve to reset your timezone. Go back and visit your Stats page to see it updated.If this does not help you there might be a bigger problem on hand.
PS. As a fellow cat person I enjoyed a few cat pictures I saw.

Thank you for your help sanderkorn, I did the two resets as you described. It’s 3:46pm here so I won’t know until the evening whether this fixed it or not.

Well, sigh, I just checked and it’s gone on to Jan. 30th, 2018. In my timezone it’s 6:05 pm CST (US) on January 29th, 2018.
