Stats Page is Blank

  When I navigate to the stats tab in the admin view of my blog, I just get a blank white page. I am not having issue with any other tabs. It is only my stats. I have not recently changed anything about my site save for adding new blog posts. All the other answers I’ve found on the forums are quite old, and none had an answer that worked for me.

  I’ve taken a closer look at your Stats page, and from my side it appears to be loading correctly. When you have a moment, could you please try clearing your browser cache and then check the page again?

  So I did clear my browser cache, and it did for for a little while, but within a day it had returned to being blank. So I’m back where I started. Firefox is my primary browser, but I tried this on Safari as well and got the same issue. I do not have Google Chrome and I wasn’t inclined to download it to test, because I would just be deleting it again after the test.

  Thanks for trying that out – I’m sorry to hear that is still loading inconsistently.

  Another thing that could be worth trying – is whether the problem resolves when you’re using a different network connection. Are you able to try loading the Stats page while you’re connected to the internet in a different way? Perhaps by tethering your phone, or with the connection at a public library or similar?

  Changing connection does not impact the page loading. I went to both my public library and my local coffee shop and at neither location would my stats page load.

  To help us narrow this down, can you confirm which exact Stats URL shows the blank white page for you?

  The main Stats page uses this link:

  Does it redirect you anywhere else?

  Does that page link blank when you open it directly?
  
  Can you share the exact link of the blank page?
