Stats page is not reporting correctly.
-
I have received email notifications of bloggers now following my blog, but my stats page says no visitor on the days for them. Today is one of those days. I usually receive 1-10 visits per day, but recently I published a post on foods for erectile dysfunction and boom – no visitors. For every other post I have ever published I always get visitors right away, but it appears that because I published a post on sexual health I am no longer advertised to other WordPress bloggers. I invite you to look into what is going on, and get back to me. Furthermore, I am a medicine student trying to help and educate people; I am not making any solicitations.

Hi there,
After looking into your account, I did not find anything out of the ordinary. On February 4th, there were 8 views. It looks like in January there were a few days with no views as well, so I wouldn’t take it too seriously. If you are looking to attract more people to your site take a look at these tips:
* Use Publicize to tell people in your social networks about your new post:
* Make your content visible to search engines:
* Encourage friends and family to read your blog by sending them reminder emails when you publish posts:
* Read and comment on other blogs:

Please explain this – on Feb. 7 I received a new follower; however, I received zero traffic for that date on my stats page.

In the WordPress.com Reader it is possible to follow and like blogs without actually visiting your blog. Therefore, it’s possible to receive more likes/follows than views.
