stats page not working properley

  Hi the wordpress.com stats page that shows countries and other info has not been loading properly for the last couple of weeks.
  I thought you should know.

  Do you mean that it doesn’t look right as in the graph is distorted, or that you think the numbers are off? If you think the numbers are off, can you be more specific about exactly what numbers you see compared to what you expect to see? (i.e. looking at a specific example is very helpful in a case like this)

  Hi,

  Theres no stats like no numbers or anything. All the fields are blank.
  Below is the error message that has been there for the last couple of weeks.

  “Some stats didn’t load in time. Please try again later”

  I checked the link you provided when you created your help request https://raefontrading.wordpress.com/ and it looks like that site was setup a long time ago and has only pages (no posts) which were created years ago. This is probably why there are no stats registered for that site. If you are looking at a different site, please always include a link to the site you are working on in your help requests.

  Not sure what you mean.

  The stats have been working fine for a year or so and then last week it stopped working.
  I have stats on my site but not on the WordPress.com site.

  I could send you a couple of screen shots if you like or I can post them here.

  It usually helps by confirming the exact URL you are viewing.

  Is this what you are looking at?
  https://wordpress.com/stats/raefontrading.wordpress.com/

  And can you confirm https://raefontrading.wordpress.com/ is the blog you are working on? (it looks like you may have several different blogs, possibly some hosted elsewhere)

  Hi,

  Yes and this link also https://wordpress.com/stats/day/raefontrading.wordpress.com

  It has been working fine for months but stopped a week ago.

  raefontrading.wordpress.com has had no activity for years, since 2012, are you sure you aren’t thinking of http://www.raefontrading.com ?

  Not sure how else to try to explain the Stats page does not load any stats it was working a couple of weeks ago but it has stopped since then.
  They load up on my site but not on the WordPress.com sitewhich shows countries / views etc

  I reviewed https://wordpress.com/stats/day/www.raefontrading.com and I can see stats working there. I also checked them before I posted that link earlier. I see 3 views for Oct 23, 18 views for Oct 24, and 5 views so far for Oct 25 (today). For countries, I see 2 views from the U.S. and one each from Brazil, Morocco, and Australia.

  Are you willing to take a screenshot of the entire browser window and share it in a link here so I can see what you are seeing? If yes, please capture the entire browser window including the browser address bar. Perhaps we are looking at different things and it’s just not clear to me based on the information you’ve provided so far.

  Thanks. I’m looking at the same link but I see the stats working normally.

  Can you please make sure your Jetpack plugin is updated to the latest version? The latest version is currently 3.7.2

  After you update Jetpack, can you please try:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  If you are still having trouble after that, is there a chance you can also test from a different browser to rule out a local browser setting as the source of the problem?

  What browser version was that screenshot taken from?
