stats, page reads, page views

In the last 6 months I have noticed a trend that I would like to change. I have had on the average of 100 page reads (according to WordPress) per day, every day for the last 5-6 months. I would like to get beyond the average of 100 page reads per day. I have introduced my blog to related organizations, ect. ect. ect. I post new material 3-6 times per week.No change in the reads or hits. Does anyone have a suggestion (s) to get my average page reads above the 100 page read “ceiling”???

(1) You could join some online forums where the same topics that are being discussed on your blog are being discussed.
(2) You could join social networks like Blinklist, Delicious, Digg, Fark, Flickr, Furl, Magnolia, Newsvine, Reddit, Stumbleupon, Mybloglog, etc.
(3) You could create your own social network free of charge http://www.ning.com/
(4) You could increase the number and depth of the comments you leave on other blogger’s posts. -
