Stats question

  Hello,

  I was just wondering, do my blog stats include RSS readers, googlebot etc?

  No, the stats don’t include bots of any kind as far as I know, nor RSS readers. To see the RSS readers on a single post, click on the graph beside that post’s name on the Stats page. There is no way to see all the RSS readers daily on your blog except to add them all up, as far as I know, and I don’t know why that is.

  Thanks Raincoaster. I ‘m still confused though… if syndicated views are shown next to individual posts, it makes sense that they would also be included in total views for each day?

  One more question: do syndicated views of posts include views of comments on those posts?

  It would make sense. We used to have daily Feed stats. We don’t now, for no reason I can imagine.

  I’m afraid I don’t know if syndicated views include comment syndication, but it makes sense. In fact, it’s probably why some of my older posts still have feed stats coming, even though they’re more than a year old.
