Stats question

  I was just wondering if it is possible to download the site stats, as it would be useful to be able to track trends over an extended period of time…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not aware of any means of doing this and none are revealed in the stats entry in the support documentation. I will flag this thread so it gets moved to the Ideas Forum which is for making suggestions for improving WordPress.com features.

  As an interim workaround (I like the suggestion) you can copy and paste the summary tables into Excel

  Thanks all, I didn’t expect this to become an ‘idea’ – I had worked out that the copy paste idea was feasible, but thought there might be an easier way – ah well, sometime in the future perhaps.

  Quite chuffed really, I don’t have many good ideas :)

  I saved them as Text files, because they take up very little room that way, but you’re right: a way to export stats would be awesome and very popular.
