Stats Question

  I have one post that now has 75 facebook shares and it is verifiable because someone with 660,000+ likes on facebook shared it to their page. However, the stats show only 39 all time views. Is there an explanation for this?

  We just started forwarding the web address to a .com yesterday, could that have an impact?

  Thanks for the link, but I think that the share count would then be lower than number of views. Is it possible that people are sharing without viewing the website?

  Yes, in fact it is a given. I have an article posted yesterday that has had 800 views on Facebook thanks to 25 shares, but only 30 actual reads.

  Thanks. I hadn’t seen that before and thought that it was odd. I was just concerned since we added forwarding to a .com yesterday.
