stats say 2 visitors but 48 PDF downloads

  Hi, I’m having difficulty understanding how my PDF is being downloaded in the past 7 days, 48 times, but only 2 visitors last week. I just uploaded the file a week ago to my site.

  and I don’t think my PDF is showing in google search results that people are right click downloading, without visiting the site, or is there a way to know what’s occurring? How can a PDF be so popular. Also, I noticed this download counter was at 40 something, while the post was still in “DRAFT” mode, before I even published it.
