    Hi pdktrivu,

    Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

    There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

    I would suggest that you look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forum – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi Elizazh, Thanks!

  • Hi there,

    WordPress.com stats require an active Jetpack connection to work, and it looks like Jetpack might not currently be active on your site.

    Please log into your site’s WP-Admin dashboard and go to the Plugins ->Installed Plugins section. Make sure Jetpack shows as activated there.

    If Jetpack is active, go to the Jetpack settings and try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack. Let me know once you’ve done that so I can take a look.

    @elizazh

    Jetpack stats is a WordPress.com feature, as is the My Sites dashboard. Please don’t refer people to the WordPress.org forums for help with stats, as the users in that forum have no ability at all to help with this.

    For questions regarding WordPress.com features added to sites via the Jetpack plugin, please tag the thread for staff or refer the user to Jetpack support instead.

  • It looks like the problem might be with XML-RPC on your site. Please contact you hosting provider for help making sure that is working properly, as Jetpack cannot communicate with your site if that’s not working.

    My problem is resolved after reinstalling Jetpack. Thanks for the input
