  I need help transferring my stats from my wordpress site (http://https://irenemooreblog.wordpress.com) to a self hosted site (http://eirinisdiary.com).

  Please read the support doc you linked to. That doc explains the process for moving subscribers. It makes no mention at all of moving stats, because that is not something someone can do on their own. Only staff can help with that.
