Hi there,
Sure thing! I just transferred your stats over for you. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
-
Thank you both! That was so crazy fast. :) Is there a way for me to bring over my supporters/followers as well? I’m not sure if I can do that or how to point traffic to my new domain… ???

Sure, you can follow the steps in our guide for Moving Your Subscribers to transfer your subscribers/followers to the new site. If you get stuck with any of those steps, let me know. :)
If you also want to redirect traffic to your new site, you can set up a Site Redirect on your old site so visitors are automatically sent to your new domain.

Hi, I’m sorry to report that the stats transfer your Happiness Engineer previously completed for me is no longer visible on my new site. I think that my web host deleted them when they reinstalled my site due to errors they missed the first time they migrated it. Is it possible to request one more time for my stats to be migrated? Pretty please? I would really appreciate it!!

Not a problem! :) I just fixed everything up on this end. Can you please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to refresh what you see on the site? (You can do that from the Jetpack section of the dashboard, at the bottom of that Jetpack page.)

I think I just did what you asked. I clicked deactivate and reactivate next to WordPress.com stats on the Jetpack page. Is that correct

You’ll need to fully disconnect Jetpack from your WordPress.com account (rather than deactivating and reactivating the stats module) with the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link at the very bottom of the Jetpack section. Then you can reconnect it to your account. Let me know if you have trouble finding that link. :)

You’re welcome. :) Your stats are all back on your site. If they don’t show up on your end soon, or if you have any other concerns, please let me know!

Thank you for this link. It’s in progress. :)

I definitely want to do this but the only option I see is a paid option for $13/year. Is there a way for me to do it myself for free?

No, the Site Redirect is a paid upgrade. There isn’t a way to redirect visitors from your WordPress.com address to the new site without that upgrade.
