  Time after time, I cannot view the stats on my site. It just goes into ‘loading’ mode and never loads. The to add insult to injury, even ‘Help’ doesn’t work.

  Hi, the WordPress site dashboard for selecting different websites is not loading and it’s never actually loaded up. If there’s a glitch you are experiencing on your side please reply back.

  So the problem is not specifically with the stats page, but rather the My Sites interface?

  In that case, something in your browser is most likely blocking some of the code the site needs to work. Clear your browser cache, and disable all browser extensions. Also unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to clear its cache.

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  If that doesn’t work, please check if it works when you log in using incognito mode, a completely different browser, or if possible, a different internet connection.
