Stats Updates

    Hello. From what time zone are stats updates posted? I’m in USA, Eastern Standard Time, i.e., New York. Current view is displaying 4 Jan., at 2:05 a.m. Local time is 3 Jan., at 2:05 p.m. Twelve hour difference.

    Hi there,

    I have noticed form your recent activity that you have changed the timezone settings for your blog (Settings>General) several times recently.

    Whenever you make a change to your blog’s timezone, there can be a discrepancy in the views & visits in your site stats for that date. This setting change only affects the reporting for that day, and would explain the discrepancy you are seeing. However, please note that our stats are not “real time” and take several hours to update, even when they are functioning normally.
