I don’t want my Views in my Stats to count each time I visit my own site. It says that it doesn’t, but each time I click my own blog, then refresh my Stats page, it goes up by 1, counting my own visit.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Theoretically, according to WordPress’s own article about stats, your own visits don’t count.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/Do Site Stats include my own visits to my blog?
Only for private blogs. For users with private blogs, your Site Stats page will show any visits that you have made to your own blog, as well the visits of other users who have access to your blog. But a quick search through the forums shows that posters are not sure about this.
Sorry I can’t offer a more definitive answer, but I can’t see one!
It’s so delightful that your Nana left a comment on your About page,

Are you logged into wordpress when you click onto you site? If you are logged out of wordpress and then click on you site, it will count your visit in the stats.
