Stats won't load

I’ve installed Jetpack, deleted the old plugin, but all that happens when I want to view the stats is that the loading ‘W’ just goes round and round and round.
The old wordpress plugin had stopped showing data for the 2 days previous to the installation of Jetpack.
I also don’t have a ‘cache’ plugin.

Could you try and disable all other plugins and reactivate Jetpack. This way we can see if other plugins interfere with Jetpack.
Also make sure you are running the latest WordPress and Jetpack version:

Yes, I do have the latest version of WordPress installed. – Version 3.3.1 and Jetpack is 1.2.2.
I’ve deactivated all the other plugins.

I have done as suggested which includes reactivating Jetpack, checking all my installations are the latest and clearing the browser cache and cookies.
The stats still won’t load. My hosting company have been looking at my site with regard to a different issue and they say this:-
“I did find an error about your JetPack plugin while using Internet Explorer…”

Yes JavaScript is enabled. Perhaps if I start with Jetpack all over again….?
I’ll disable all plug-ins, reload Jetpack and see if anythings changed.

I’ve done that.
Maybe it needs a bit more time to generate some stats if it’s just been loaded.?
Will try it again later, but at the moment, it’s just going round and round again.
Would you rather I posted this problem on wordpress.org? I read somewhere that that was the place to post a problem.

No need to switch over to them, you’re having trouble with our plugin.
Can you tell us which browser (and version of) you’re using?

Google Chrome and version 16 (I think), I did try to check and it said that if google chrome is installed, then they automatically update for you.

Are you running any firewalls or thirdparty security software? If so, would you mind checking with those temporarily disabled?
Also, if you’re running and extensions or add-ons with the browser (including and especially ad blockers), please try with those disabled too.

Hi,
I temporarily disabled the 2 antivirus programmes I was running. There are no extensions or add-ons that I am aware of.
It didn’t help with Jetpack though

Are you connecting via HTTP or HTTPS?

After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, (which included updating my wordpress theme, updating java, adding the Google libraries plugin, clearing the cache, etc,
The Jetpack plugin is working!!
