Stats won’t load

  Stats won’t load. Tried different browsers. No stats for any visits, posts. Nothing. Just get the hourglass symbol to indicate it is loading, but nothing loads. Any ideas?

  Hi greenpartysjc,

  Thanks for trying different browsers. The stats is page for greenpartysjc.wordpress.com is loading on my side and my view was successfully recorded.

  Can you try using a different internet connection (home, friend or work) to see if the page loads?

  Let me know how you get on.

  Yes, the stats do load for that blog, but not this one:
  http://www.wgot.org
  I recently made 2 posts there and the stats do not load.

  Thanks for clarifying. So, http://www.wgot.org, is not on WordPress.com. It does use the Jetpack plugin.

  To start, I ran the domain through the debugging tool. Everything looks great! It’s possible that you’ve got another plugin running interference with your Jetpack connection, which is preventing the stats from working.

  Try disabling all plugins on the site and only reconnect Jetpack. Check the stats to see if they are displaying.

  @greenpartysjc, you’re currently listed as a subscriber on that site, and subscribers can’t access stats.
