Stats/Insights Page Crashes

  Hi,
  I haven’t been able to access my site dashboard on chrome for a few days now. If I go to https://wordpress.com/stats/insights/jadedea.wordpress.com it crashes. It looks like it wants to load but nothing happens. I can’t click on anything on the page to navigate elsewhere, and stopping it from loading does nothing.

  I can open the page in incognito, IE, and Firefox fine. If I to go wp admin (via the desktop app) and then through the drop down menu click on any of the pages except stats I can view whatever I want. Once I click on the stats page it crashes.

  I have rebooted, cleaned cached, used ccleaner, used spybot, used antiviruses and it still does this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  I was experiencing this same problem a few weeks ago in Chrome. I worked through this support document and it cleared up the problem.

  Thanks that helped. Apparently I needed to upgrade to a more recent chrome (i was on 51) clear out cookies and cache and restart.
