  We are trying to manage this site in house. We would like to set up an account so that we can do this. We have been working with a company and we realize they have done nothing in a year. We would like to sign up with the business plan. Could someone contact me?

  Hi @jasonhenryschauer, sure thing. I recommend buying a plan now so you can access chat-based support.

  You don’t need to move your domain until you’re ready, so just skip those options, but I do suggest getting the plan. By starting the plan now, you can open a chat and work through whatever questions you have.
