STAX Theme, header has exploded for no reason!

  I am a complete rookie, the site was working fine just yesterday and then this morning i have went on and its as if the header and menu has exploded and the whole header part has broken along with several content areas of the homepage. i have done the live chat but have no idea what i am doing and it has led me to here. any help would be much appreciated.
