staying logged on – is that the right question?

  when I sign in, the program refuses to remember me. I have been having almost 24 hours of trouble with this password thingee – and now I can’t keep signed in. help. i’m 77 years old and like to think that unlike the scarecrow, I really DO have a brain.

  Are you definitely checking the “Remember Me” box when you logon?

  If so, would you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
