a friend just sent me a DMCA form to fill out.
I commented on nanadowndload.com, emailed them, also emailed the web site provider leaseweb.com with a list of the last 24 links to my articles that they plagarized. At first there were links back to me as well as my bio and then nanodowndload removed them. They claim that they are not illegal and keep direct links but removed all mine this morning. But I have not heard from anyone except you and online friends

thank-you so much for this post- I was feeling stupid for not printing a copyright notice after ever article, just my bio and avatar

It’s never the victim’s fault she gets robbed. It’s the robber’s fault. Take their ads down and make them cry!

oh- you are right
I am working on taking the down- nanodownloads is using a couple other sites without linking back or acknowledging sources; these sitesare probably in the dark- tomorrow I will try to discover the original sites and warn them so there are more complaints than just mine -
If the DMCA notice did not come from WordPress.com, we are not currently involved in this dispute, and you should instead contact the other parties involved.
