    This is criminall what you guys are doing i have never subscribed to you and i fixed that problem but out of no where you have charged me 60 euros!!

    i dont know for what you cahrged me my money but its serious money that i donty have to be taken for nothing and i would like for you to give me back the money you took for no reasson its criminal what you guys are doing some people dont have that kind of money to be taken for no reasson plus here is another recipt of 23 euros

    We did process a refund on July 13th for $67.00. That is the only eligible refund on your account. Those funds should reach you in about 2 weeks. Any delays should be investigated with the bank or card provider directly. They can inform about how the refund will appear on the statement and when the funds will get released to you. We have sent the funds to them already.
