  omeone stole my site images.

  You need to go to that blog while signed in to WordPress and then at the top, where the grey Admin bar is, you click on Blog Info. It has Report As Spam, and you click that. Give all the details, like a link to where you first used the image, a link to where they’re using the image, exact post links. Then Submit and staff will look at it. They take things like this very seriously.
