Steira Theme

  I recently uploaded the new theme Steira. However there is no widget that is available to type in the box directly under the name of my blog like they promised. There are quotation marks but no way to write in that box. There is an about me widget that appears on the right sidebar. I am baffled as to how I am able to type in my blog’s tagline. Please help.
