  on step 7 of website creation its time to pick a plan ??? a plan for what ??? Premium, Business or e commerce. is this for webhosting ???

  We offer different plans on WordPress.com with different features available in each plan.

  You don’t pay for hosting, as we already provide that for free on our free plan. What you pay for is the additional features included in each plan, and you only need to purchase a particular plan if you want to use the features included in that plan.
