Stick one post only to the front page?

Good morning!
I have been trying for a while to make this work but with no luck :(
-I have a static front page, but I want one of my post to be visible at the bottom of the front page if you scroll down
-I have tried disabling the front page to not be static, but then ALL my posts appear and I only want one of them – like an front page-expansion.
Please let me know if I explained this badly and I will try again :)
