stick post function not work?

  Hello guys,

  I have been trying to set some of my posts stikcy on my WP blog, but after repeated trial, still doesn’t work.

  I followed the guideline available on WP.com help section and set some of my posts sticky so they will appear on top of other posts , by going to Visibility fuction and set them as Sticky.

  Does anybody know the reason ?

  I have been trying to set these Sticky:
