"Stick" post to front page isn't working

  My new post won’t “stick” to the front page no matter how many times I try to refresh the browser or deselect and reselect the option to “stick to front page”. My theme is Sight.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So, I solved the problem myself by chance…here’s what I did: I went to the Dashboard to edit the post that wasn’t showing as a Sticky even though it was checked. In editing posts from the dashboard (as opposed to clicking edit from the link at the bottom of the post), the old style editing interface appears. I deselected and reselected the “Stick post to front page” option from there.

  I <i>also</i> removed the caption from the image on the post, as I had a sneaking suspicion that perhaps that was not allowing it to stick to the top of the page. Whichever the solution, one or both of those did the trick, and now the post sticks to the top of the front page as intended.

  Wonderful! I’m glad you were able to get this to work. I tested this out in the new editor, and I was able to get a post to stick to the front of the page, so I’m not sure what happened. Please let me know if you experience any more trouble moving forward!
